Return/Exchange Policy

I believe in my products so much that I’m offering a 7-day no-hassle refund policy. If you're unhappy about your purchase or it’s damaged, email me at thebloomingcandles21@gmail.com to send your product back. Please note that I cannot accept returns beyond the 7-day no-hassle return and/or exchange policy from the initial purchase date.

To be eligible for a return and/or exchange:

  1. No sign of product usage.

  2. Proof of purchase such as shipping confirmation email/print slip.

  3. Return the item in its original packaging.

  4. You are responsible for your own shipping cost for returning the item due to unhappiness.

  5. In the event of damage, I’ll send you a new candle, free of charge. 

 

Once I’ve examined your return, I’ll email you to notify you of the approval or rejection of the request. If you’re approved, your refund will be processed in the original method of payment within three to five business days or the exchange will be shipped within two business days. Again, note that I cannot accept returns beyond the 7-day no-hassle return and/or exchange policy from the initial purchase date.
